Refund policy

Dist0rtedVisions products are unique and produced only once ordered. Because of the custom nature of these items, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. This policy ensures we can continue to provide high-quality, made-to-order horror and grotesque apparel and gear.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us at our business email with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item to us.

If an order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address provided at checkout, a refund for the product price only will be issued once the item is received back by the printer. Reshipment of such orders will require a new order to be placed at the customer's expense.
